Peggy Thompson is a native-Houstonian and the founder of Summative, a nimble executive search firm specializing in board, CEO, and VP searches for fast growing tech companies across the country. Since 2002, Peggy has worked with a select group of distinguished investors, operators, and entrepreneurs to build some of tech’s most successful companies. Prior to Summative, Peggy co-founded and led Tricom Group, growing it into a leading boutique executive search firm serving the country’s leading venture-backed tech companies. Earlier in her career, Peggy was a computer programmer, systems analyst, and a top producing software sales executive. Peggy graduated from Baylor University with a business degree in finance and computer information systems.
Scott Uhrig is a Partner with Whiterock Partners, an executive recruiting firm for high-tech startups. His focus is C-level and VP-level positions for SaaS, Internet, Systems, and Tech-Enabled Services companies. Clients include pre-revenue, pre-funded startups as well as well-funded, growth-oriented private companies. Before becoming a recruiter, Scott was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He began his career as a software engineer with Honeywell Avionics and GTE/Verizon. Scott holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Texas, Austin where he was a Sord Scholar and Texas Longhorn Fellow. He also holds MS and BS (magna cum laude) degrees in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and completed all coursework toward a PhD in Computer Science.
