About the Speaker – Mark Schmulen:
Mark Schmulen is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor to both early-stage and middle-market companies. Currently, Mark runs Jelly Capital, a private investment firm, focused on providing liquidity, growth capital, recapitalizations and generational transfers for businesses with $1M – $5M in EBITDA. Previously, Mark was Cofounder and CEO of NutshellMail, a venture-backed social media marketing solution that was acquired by Constant Contact. At Constant Contact, Mark served as General Manager of the company’s social media business unit, where he was responsible for guiding Constant Contact’s social media product and go-to-market strategies that reached over 650,000 small business customers. Prior, Mark was an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan. Mark holds a Master of Science in Management from The Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.
